Mochar Kopta Curry:
Banana blossom, also known as a banana heart, is a fleshy, purple-skinned flower, shaped like a tear, which grows at the end of a banana fruit cluster.
Banana flower is not the most delicious vegetable on the list but Indians have found a way to make this vegetable delicious by shallow frying to a kofta.

Mochar Kopta Curry
Ingredients:
Mocha kuchi or chopped banana blossom 1 cup
lentil pulses 100 g
onion
4 garlic pod/koya,
ginger 2 inches
tomato one,
potato two,
yogurt two teaspoons
bay leaf 4
garam masala/hot spices two gm,
ghee two tsp
oil 1 cup
chili paste 1 tsp
turmeric half Spoon
salt-sugar guess.
Method:
Mocha kuchi should be soaked for two to three hours and boiled in water.
Lentils should be soaked and beaten/paste/mash. Add chopped onion,
garlic, ginger, salt, sugar, hot spices then mix and then deep fry in oil then put the koftas aside.
When the ghee is hot, crush the cumin seeds, bay leaves, hot spices and cook them.
Ginger, onion, garlic paste, tomato paste, and tok dai/sour yogurt. are to be fried in low flame, water, fried potatoes, salt, and sugar should be added as expected.
When the potatoes are boiled, kofta should be added 2 to 3 minutes before unloading/ Once the potatoes are boiled, they should be cooked with kopta 2 to 3 minutes before unloading.
